DPM Racing Supercharged 2011 Mustang The performance potential of the 2011+ Mustang 5.0 is well documented, with even slightly modified cars running in the 9′s and some even dipping down into the 8′s. The most recent example is a 2011 Mustang built by DPM Racing of Naples, Florida. The DPM team have fitted the car with a ProCharger F-1A supercharger system, Boss 302 intake, Stainless Works headers, Bassani axle-back exhaust, an ATF-built 4R70W automatic transmission, lowering springs and M&H drag radials. When everything is said and done, the car puts down an impressive 903 rwhp at 16.5 psi. DPM Racing recently took the Mustang out to Palm Beach International Raceway for a few shakedown runs and came away with an impressive time of 9.79 seconds @ 137 mph. Even so, we think the car has plenty more potential, and the folks at DPM agree. They promise “8′s Coming Soon.” You can watch a video of the DPM Racing 2011 Mustang in the video below.
