Whenever we come across customs or badly executed tributes like this we don’t know whether to laugh or cry. In this instance, probably both. Indian ‘tuner’ and ‘car customizer’ BigDaddyCustoms have come up with this uh.. well.. unique ‘Eleanor’ based on none other than a Daewoo Lacetti. And therein lies the beginning of a bad idea by not using a rear-wheel chassis, but let’s not get into the particulars. We’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. Check them out after the jump.

StangTV hits the nail on the head. For those Mustang lovers not living in America it can be an expensive venture to purchase a vintage Mustang, something this writer can vouch for. So it is for that reason car builders end up turning to alternate donor cars. It’s something master car replicators Big Daddy Customs have done. Working out of Delhi, India they have taken a Daewoo Lacetti (also know to Americans as a Chevrolet Optra) and done their best to turn it into an Eleanor which results in what you see here.

Although the car does look ridiculous I guess you do have to give the builders credit for the time they put in to it. But that’s about it. What do you think?
