We love photos of Ford Mustangs, and we love them even more if we took them ourselves. That’s why we spent the last year pointing our lenses at Ford’s pony car at auto shows, gatherings, races, auctions and more. Motorsports events seemed to bring out some of the best images, from the Pikes Peak Hill Climb to Formula Drift events to SCCA World Challenge Racing. This was a busy year for the Ford Mustang. There was plenty of news straight from the Blue Oval, like the redesigned 2013 Mustang hitting dealerships and info on the 2014 Mustang being released, and the aftermarket came out in force with their various iterations from Vaughn Gittin Jr’s Mustang RTR to Roush’s updated Stage 3 Mustang. There were some cool one-off Mustangs introduced as well, like the Red Tails Mustang that was auctioned off for charity or the twin-turbo Mustang Cobra Jet Concept revealed by Ford Racing at SEMA. …
