Built by RK Motors of Charlotte, NC, this classic Mustang was completely stripped down to the frame and then reassembled to perfection with laser straight body lines and custom pieces like the functional hood scoop, an SCCA-style front spoiler and rear window louvers. At SEMA last year Vaughn Gittin Jr. took the wraps off his 1969 Mustang RTR-X. At the time he promised the car wouldn’t be a trailer queen, saying “this car is built to be driven.
